Guidelines on Prosecution of Directors

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide General Circular No. 08/2011 dated 25th March, 2011 has issued guidelines to the Registrar of Companies & Regional Directors while initiating prosecution proceedings against Directors and also directed that wrongful prosecution should be avoided.
