Introduction of Annual Return

The Reserve Bank of India vide Circular No. 45/RBI/2010-11/427 dated 15th March, 2011, has discontinued the Part B of Form FC-GPR and introduced “Annual Return on Foreign Liabilities and Assets” to be reported by Indian Companies in respect of foreign liabilities and assets. The return should be submitted by July 15 of every year.
