SERVICES TO NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

R & A provides services concerning registration and on- going compliances to various non-profit entities – Trusts, Societies, Co-operative societies and Section 8 Companies.

R & A also provides various services pertaining to the requirements of Foreign Contribution Regulation Act involving preparation of project and feasibility reports, undertaking FCRA Registration, Registration under the Income Tax Act for tax exemptions etc.
